About every 8 to 10 weeks a bunch of Borax Alumni meet at the Corner Bakery in Valencia, California around 9AM and people stay as long as they want. We get a cup of coffee and sometimes more, and sit and visit about what they have been doing and share any new (and old) news about the company. Initially, notices of the gatherings were sent out to a group that had worked at the Valencia facility and who live close enough to make the trip. However, this is not an exclusive group and it is open to anyone who likes to connect with former co-workers and have some great camaraderie.
